The RARE Helpline ceased operating on 13 February 2026. Rare Voices Australia (RVA) staff worked with the RARE Portal team to draw on the learnings from the RARE Helpline and The Navigator Project more broadly to develop the RARE Help page.

The RARE Help page consists of resources that have been codesigned and evaluated by Australians living with a rare disease. The below queries are based on the most common questions RVA received while operating the RARE Helpline. More resources will be added over time.
